For Twitter, the live score post is either successfully sent or it is discarded.
For Takedown LIVE, will cache some number of results and send them out when the Internet connection becomes available. The size of this cache is unknowable to us as it happens in an opaque part of the system in a software module from a third party.
Also, be aware that many school wifi networks will allow Takedown LIVE traffic (which looks like a browser to the network) but block Twitter messages. This is very often the case in high school networks.
The easiest solution to no wifi is using a cell phone as a wifi hotspot. Twitter and Takedown LIVE are not data intensive compared to, say, uploading images or videos. The live score posting is all text-based. See: https://levelchanger.
