How many teams can use a subscription?

The subscription can be used by a single Takedown account. If you attempt to use your subscription for more than one Takedown acount, you will get an error that requires our involvement to resolve. Send an email to [e-mail].

You can configure your Takedown 3.0 account to support multiple affiliated teams such as boys and girls high school, middle school and club.

Such a configuration requires specific attention to:

• My Team name -- this name is surfaced in various content pieces such as Reports, Scoreboard, Twitter and Takedown LIVE. You might consider using your district name here which, combined with the Season name, will create a reasonable, non-repetitive identity for each team throughout the app.
• YouTube credentials for uploading video if the teams have separate YouTube accounts. Make sure you're credentialed in with the correct YouTube account for your team.
• Twitter credentials if the teams have separate Twitter accounts. Make sure you're credentialed in with the correct Twitter credentials for your team.

Also, be careful to score Events in the correct Season as matches can not be moved between Seasons.

WIth a disciplined approach, this sharing of a subscription can work. Otherwise, you'll have a better experience by purchasing separate subscriptions for each team and creating separate Takedown 3.0 accounts.
