If you're not seeing the email verification or password reset message in your inbox, here are some things to try:
- In your email account, search for a message from no-reply@levelchanger.com . This is the email address from which these messages are sent.
- Add no-reply@levelchanger.com or levelchanger.com to your email's white list.
- Check your Spam folder. If the message is in your Spam folder, you might need to move it to your inbox in order to click the link in the email. Some email service providers disable links for Spam folder messages.
- If you're using a school or work email account, it is possible that the message is being filtered (intercepted and not sent to your inbox) by the organization's email servers.
- If all else fails, please consider changing your Takedown login email address to a domain that is a bit easier to manage. Gmail (...@gmail.com) seems to work fine for email verification and password reset messages, and can also be used for uploading your video to YouTube, creating a team Twitter account and configuring Apple Mail.
