Reports -- Equipment Tracking

Takedown's Equipment Tracking report shows issue and return dates for team equipment loaned to wrestlers along with team totals. It is intended to help coaches easily and effectively manage equipment inventory and minimize financial lose due to unreturned equipment.

Notation

• Issued -- by wrestler, the issue date and in Totals, the total number of items issued by equipment name
• Returned -- by wrestler, the return date and in Totals, the total number of items returned by equipment name
• Not Returned -- the total number of items issued that don't have a corresponding return date
• In Totals, the sum of Returned and Not Returned will not necessarily add up to Issued if an item has a Returned date but not an Issued date

Capture Wrestler Signature When Equipment is Issued and Send to Parent or Guardian

1. In Roster, record Issued date and, optionally, Notes for each piece of loaned equipment
2. Tap Reports
3. Tap Equipment Tracking
4. Tap Filters and select the Wrestler by name
5. Tap Sharing
6. Tap Markup
7. Wrestler signs page
8. Tap Sharing and email the file
9. Tap Done and Save the file
