Roster -- Adding Information to an Existing Roster

Adding secondary wrestler information to your Roster -- birthdate, phone number and email address, for example -- is easily accomplished by importing a file with the relevant information. For more than a few wrestlers, this workflow is more efficient (takes less time) than manually adding the information in Takedown.

Steps

1. In Reports, select Roster
2. Filter: Season of interest
3. Options: include the names of the information you want to add to your Roster
4. Share: select CSV file format
5. Retrieve the email and import it into your favorite spreadsheet
6. In the spreadsheet, add the desired information
7. In the spreadsheet, export the sheet in CSV format
8. Email the spreadsheet to your iPad
9. On the iPad, retrieve the email and tap on the CSV file attachment
10. Tap Sharing icon and select Takedown

11. Select the Season into which the information will be imported
