Scoring -- Choice on Restart

In Scoring, "Choice on Restart" is selected from Penalty/Other for the wrestler that is offered choice on restart.

In an injury situation (college), choice on restart is offered to the non-injured wrestler. Remember to stop the Injury clock before proceeding with choice on restart.
